Differential pressure

EXERCISE : Whilst looking through the literature of one of the major manufacturers of 4WVs, you come across the following information:

To obtain proper inversion:

puce

Minimum differential pressure: 1 bar.

puce

Maximum differential pressure: 25 bar

We already know that there must be a minimum differential pressure (DP between HP and LP) to produce an adequate movement of the slide. We have discussed this in some detail.

But why shouldn't the pressure difference between HP and LP exceed a maximum of 25 bar? What could happen if it did?
